Our commitment
Finwiser is committed to making its digital platforms accessible to all investors, including persons with disabilities. We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, IS 17802:2022, and GIGW 3.0, as required for SEBI-registered intermediaries under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 dated 31 July 2025 and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
What we have done
- Built the marketing website with semantic HTML, single
<main>landmark,<nav aria-label>on each navigation region, and a skip-to-main link as the first focusable element. - Verified colour contrast across the brand palette: all body text passes 4.5:1; large text and UI components pass 3:1; brand mint

:focus-visiblestates on every interactive element with a 2px mint outline and 3px offset. - Honoured
prefers-reduced-motion: reduceacross all animations — under the reduced-motion preference, all content is visible immediately with no stagger, no scroll-driven motion, and no transforms. - Designed the navigation drawer for keyboard users (Escape closes; focus returns to the toggle).

lang="en-IN"at the document root. - Filed Finwiser’s Digital Accessibility Readiness Report with the BSE under Circular 2025/111 (Case 38717, submitted 31 March 2026).
Known limitations
- The mobile application is in Google Play Closed Testing. Accessibility conformance for the app is being expanded as part of the public release plan, with TalkBack compatibility and contrast review across all screens.
- Several compliance documents (Investor Charter, Advisory Agreement) are presented as long HTML pages; tagged-PDF alternatives are scheduled for the next iteration.
- Hindi and other regional-language alternatives are not yet available; these are scheduled for the public release.
- Full third-party IAAP audit is in progress; remediation of any findings will be tracked publicly here.
